The Forum speaker, Volodymyr Levshenyuk, co-founder and director of the UALABS research and production company, an engineer and scientist, talked about his path to creating a successful business.

Mr Volodymyr is certain that a person who has found his vocation is destined for success, because being "passionate" about one's work is no less important than constantly working on its development. What's more, real success comes when you go beyond your comfort zone, dare to constantly improve and confidently move towards your goal!

"Personally, the scientific approach helps me to solve many problems. We learn about the world by observing, making hypotheses and then experimenting. Sometimes experiments fail, so we have to go back to our assumptions. There are many scientists in history who have done this more than 100 times before reaching their goal. It works the same way in business," says Mr Volodymyr.
