Speaker: Polovtsev

Oleg POLOVTSEV

Oleg POLOVTSEV - Professor of the Department of State Administration and Local Self-Government of the Kherson National Technical University, expert of the International Republican Institute (USAID) spoke about the peculiarities of business risk management in the final speech of the Forum.

"Many successful stories have come before us, we have heard many different ways to become an entrepreneur. My task is to tell you how to bridge the gap from the stories of these talented people to all those who want to start their own business," said Oleg. Polovtsev.

According to him, successful entrepreneurs share common traits that determine their success and differentiate them from others. One of the key findings was that they share the same psychological make-up and typology of thinking. These people are responsible for their dreams, have a desire to change what they don't like, and show independent will. At the same time, they are able to choose, make decisions and act on them.

Implemented by the NGO "Tech StartUp School" as part of the project "Makership, innovation and entrepreneurship in the Chervonohrad coal micro-region".

The event is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) with support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as part of the project "Just Transition of Coal Regions and Green Recovery of Ukraine's Energy Sector".
