Chervonograd is moving towards a green future: 3 city buses are already equipped with hydrogen installations!

As part of the "Craftsmanship, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Chervonograd Coal Micro-region" project, the NGO "Tech StartUp School" and "Hydroxy Ukraine" have already installed hydrogen systems on 3 buses operating in the city. By the end of May, 17 more buses will be equipped, which will provide a strong impetus for the development of clean transport in the region.

Why is this important?

Traditional combustion engines are a major source of air pollution. Their exhaust contains more than 200 toxic substances that cause irreparable damage to human health and the environment. Hydrogen installations allow you to significantly reduce the level of harmful emissions, making the air cleaner and safer. (if it can be highlighted somehow)

Chervonograd breathes more freely!

In the near future, the city's residents will be able to feel the positive impact of hydrogen technologies on air quality. Together we will create an ecologically clean and comfortable living environment!

Implemented by the NGO "Tech StartUp School" as part of the project "Makership, innovation and entrepreneurship in the Chervonohrad coal micro-region".

The event is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) with support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as part of the project "Just Transition of Coal Regions and Green Recovery of Ukraine's Energy Sector".
