Andriy Seletskyi, a miner and the winner of the Business Ideas and Startups Competition held within the framework of the "Makership, innovations and entrepreneurship in the Chervonohrad coal microregion" Project, shared how he managed to make a bold shift in his career. His business idea of creating an on-site furniture cleaning service and offering equipment rental is just the beginning. Andriy talked about the unique services of his company "It Will Be Clean", which are changing the approach to home care and the value of personal time. Moreover, his story vividly demonstrates that coal communities in Ukraine have significant potential for development!
"My name is Andriy, I am 31 years old, and I am the creator of the mobile cleaning service project "It Will Be Clean". My background as a miner and my experience working underground at the “Stepova” mine gave me an understanding of the problems facing our region, particularly those related to the coal industry. As the process of mine restructuring continues and salaries are not being paid on time, my decision to realize my entrepreneurial potential has become especially relevant. I am convinced that in the future, I will not only be able to grow the business of my dreams but also create new jobs for my fellow miners.
The idea for the "It Will Be Clean" startup came about when I encountered the problem of a lack of qualified companies offering cleaning services or furniture cleaning in our community. My experience in this field abroad and specialized courses helped me clearly define the direction I wanted to develop in, as well as identify the methods of operation, necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
"It Will Be Clean" – offers a unique mobile service for cleaning upholstered furniture in Sheptytskyi. In my work, I will use innovative technologies and eco-friendly, certified products that are allergy-free and safe for pets, children, and pregnant women. Equipment rental will allow my clients to maintain a perfectly clean home on their own. I am convinced that professional furniture cleaning and the use of modern tools is an excellent solution for preserving the good appearance of furniture and maintaining its condition for longer.
