"Makership, innovation and entrepreneurship" courses were launched in the Belz territorial community

The opening ceremony took place on 28 March 2024 in the city of Belz at the Belz branch of the Ugniv Agricultural and Construction Lyceum. Oksana Bereza, the head of the Belz City Council, gave a welcoming speech.

"We all support the destiny of our community and our town, so we understand the importance of business education for young people. The heart of the economy is small and medium-sized businesses, which are created and developed when the local population knows how to turn their idea into a product or service that meets the needs of potential consumers," said Ms Oksana.

Together with trainer Odeksandra Korchynska, we started with the basic course "Fundamentals of Starting a Business", and she noted that thanks to the knowledge acquired, the students will be able to implement their ideas, turn them into their own business and start earning their first money!

"I am glad that they came to our small town with such an educational offer. I am currently working and have my own small business, so I hope that thanks to the knowledge I have gained, I will be able to take it to a new level to benefit our community," commented the start of entrepreneurship education in Belga, Mrs Nataliya Kozhushko, a student of the courses and a resident of the town.
