Consultations on the restaurant business aroused great interest among the residents of the Chervonohrad region

About 50 businessmen, both beginners and experienced, took part in the consultations of the Lviv Catering School "Secrets of a successful catering business: acquiring almost competence".

The participants received a lot of useful information from Mykhailo Shevelyuk - the head of the professional training school "HORECA School", an expert in the field of restaurant service; Yuriy Zagdaya - the manager of consulting projects at "HORECA School", an expert in cocktail culture; Maria Pasky - the head of the department "Technology and Innovations for HORECA School", the head of the department of hotel and restaurant business of Ivan Boberskyi LDUFK, professor, a leading specialist in physiology, food hygiene and meat technology.

 

The following topics were discussed during individual and group consultations:

  • Restaurant standardisation
  • Restaurant management
  • Service. Why is it so important right now?
  • How do you apply for and win a government grant for your business?
  • HACCP food safety system
  • Formats and facilities to discover now
  • Seasonal bar offers, bartender work
  • Restaurant accounting system
  • Employee motivation

 

One of the features of these consultations was the exchange of knowledge between practitioners, experienced businessmen and budding entrepreneurs. This format is the most effective, because the combination of experience and innovation is exactly what will help the Chervonograd Coal Micro-region to become an example of successful transformation!

Implemented by the NGO "Tech StartUp School" as part of the project "Makership, innovation and entrepreneurship in the Chervonohrad coal micro-region".
